While there are many dental practices and other health practitioners who treat TMJ disorders by treating the jaw muscles or the ability to adapt to stressors, Dr. Summer’s expertise is in orthopedic treatment of the TMJs, and his focus is to permanently eliminate the symptoms by eliminating the stressor created by a dysfunctional TMJ.
